- A message or request says you've won cashback.
- It's really a payment request.
- Entering your PIN pays the scammer.
Red flags
- A 'reward' that needs your PIN
- Requests from names like 'Rewards Team' or 'Cashback Dept'
- Prizes you never entered for
Stay safe
- Decline unknown payment requests
- Check rewards only inside the official app
- Report the request in your UPI app
