How it works
- You're added to a group full of fake 'profit' screenshots.
- A 'mentor' moves you to their own app or website.
- Profits look huge, but withdrawals need 'tax' or 'fees'.
Red flags
- Guaranteed or very high returns
- Being added to groups by strangers
- Apps from links instead of app stores, and fees to withdraw
Stay safe
- Invest only through SEBI-registered brokers' official apps
- Check registration on sebi.gov.in
- Exit and report unknown investment groups
